Last year EB2C only got 200 spill-over while this year EB2C will get much
more. According to P838, Oct will still stay 05/08/06. Let's cross finger
and pray it's not the case... |

Anyway I think the key point now is that last year 99% pending cases
before 01/05 have been cleared by Oct. while this year there will still
be a lot of pending cases not approved before 05/08/06 by Oct.
