USCIS网站上说的是：
$305 * The biometric fee is $80 for applicants ages 14-79 who request a
Refugee Travel Document or Reentry Permit, unless the applicant resides
outside the United States at the time of filing his or her form. * The
application fee and biometrics services fee may be paid with one $385 check.
Checks must be made payable to Department of Homeland Security or U.S.
Citizenship and Immigration Services.
我的理解是：我应该交$305. $80是申请难民和Reentry的人应该交的Biometrics费用。
AP和那两个是不同的东西。
