Otherwise, based on the spill over phenomenon, here's my calculated
prediction for EB2
pending cases 2006: 13125

Jun: 1,782
Jul: 1,583
Aug: 1,727
Sep: 1,799
Oct: 1,784
Nov: 1,796
Dec: 1,944
No. of visas available for 2011 = 2985. This will be made available in
Oct 2010.
In Nov Visa bulletin : India PD will advance to Jun 2010
China PD will advance to Sep 2010
In Jan 2011
India
Pending cases for 2006 = 13125 - 2985 = 10140
China
Pending cases for 2006 = 5550 - 2985 = 2565
Total pending cases for 2006 = 12705
Quarterly spill over will trigger in Jan 2011.
EB1 spill over number = (2985 / 4 - 146) = 600.
Quarterly world wide quota for EB1 + EB2 = 85000 / 4 = 21250
Assuming a usage of 9150, numbers available for spill over = 12000
Therefore total spill over numbers available = 12600
This will neutralize the demand of 12705 for 2006 from India and China.
Jan Visa bulletin will advance both India and China to : Jan 2007
Next quarterly spill over will happen in Apr 2011. Numbes available =
12600
This will be sufficient to neutralize the demand from India + China upto
Jun 2011.
April Visa bulletin, the PD advances to Jun 2007
Next quarterly spill over will happen in Jul 2011, and I won't bother to
calculate as it will cover the demand for rest of th 2007.
