没办法,谁让咱是ESL捏.为了有大的胜算,咱一定要好好斟酌一下呈上法庭文件的用词,
逻辑,策略.....
看看人家被告是咋写的?那可是真正的开门见山,一剑封喉.
以下文字出自DEFENDANTS, (IN THE "DEFENDANTS' RESPONSE") 的开头:
"In their Motion for Preliminary Injunction, plaintiffs ask this Court to
compel the United
States Department of State to violate the law. For this reason alone,
plaintiffs’ Motion should be
denied."
我靠, "...plaintiffs ask this Court to COMPEL the united states department
of state to VIOLATE THE LAW..."
(给翻译一下,有利于大家理解)
就开头的第一句. 被告说:"在他们的初步的禁令文件里,原告要求本庭 强迫 U-SD-OS

律不支持recapture, 提前EAD/AP etc. 这相当于要求司法强制行政通过违法来纠正其
之前的一个违法行为。

either intentionally or not,
should they pay or compensate for
the eb3 finiancial loss and family's
suffering. is dos and uscis tryibg to say that
whatever mistake they have made
,everybody at loss just bear with it
just admit the law isnot fair in america
