在用来办绿卡的prevailing wage高，公司是不会支付这个水平的工资的。但是做得事
情并不跟title相对应，级别稍微低一些。
大家是怎样处理的？自己要求把offer里的title降下来？

You dont need to make what you are offered for gc app. It's the future
salary. However, you can ask them to give you another letter since it's a
startup and it's easy to do.
