有谁知道back ground check到底要多少时间？好像有谁提到过back ground check如果
１８０天
过去了还pending是可以批的，到底有没有这回事？这１８０天到底从什么时候算起？

我08年的时候打电话问过background check的status，对方告诉我说都clear了
我建议你打电话去核实一下background check的status，以前有个POJ办法，你google
下看看

搞清楚check什么时候开始的，如果过了180天，找出来memo，让参议员帮你push下。 |

Please ignore the message you received. The USCIS will adjudicate you
application if it is out of the 180 day period for background check. The
issue for your case is not the background check. Your priority date just
became current. The USCIS can, but not always able to, immediately
adjudicate your application. It takes times, most times 1-6 months. So be
patient and wait for adjudication.

这些移民局的回复多数情况下就是在敷衍
真实情况是什么，他们根本不在乎，随便找个理由把你打发了就行了
反正你除了等也不能把他们怎么的

以前在南越开战斗机的。另一个实验室有个法国伦说他会讲一口流利法语来！
