numbers from there. And also you can find these data from this BBS. It's
varied by years. 2009 is the least, I think, it's less than 3000. Most year,

主要是一个大池子(number of visa)，两个出水口(DOS and USCIS)，每个出口都有亲
属加进来，也有EB3升级EB2，也有撤销申请，等等。可惜没有像我这样的人为政府工作
，否则做一个很强大的系统，可以保证每个月平稳前进。 |

右手在干什么。2007年7月不会突然有那么多的PERM递交上去，而是很多已经递交PERM
的人一直无法递交485，突然放水，于是大家一起递交485。

更有很多争取到一个可以办eb1b的title办了eb1b，相对perm应该少不少。

老印的一个网站年初的时候不就根据剩余名额又有三种不同的prediction吗。
如果明年1万剩余名额，我们大概能分到多少，前进多少？
现在掌握的数据不是特别详细，形势也不明朗，准备worst case是最好的了，这样才有
惊喜。

其实我们是case,雇主才是客户，律师是听人力资源的话才办事的。
所以，只要你跟人力资源讲明白了道理，人力资源叫律师干活，律师是不会拖的。
