Even use own quota, EB2C should be able to clean up all cases prior to 2007/

With the expectation that DOS may open the door to build some 485 inventory,
it's not a dream to have the cut off date moved to the end of 2007 by the
end of this year.

If no more SO in Sep, the ~3000 demand after 4/15/2007 + PWMB may reach a
total of >4000, which has to be cleared with the 2803 quota of fiscal year
2012 and then with the SO of next year.
Nowdays it is the so decides.
Too bad I have to work on my EB1A RFE. It is so ugly.

4百个名额, 年底或者明年处, CUT-OFF DATE前进到08 Q1.
