first of all I agree sometimes USCIS randomly process. But overall they are
following some kind of rules. I checked USCIS, they said the I485 approval
is normally based on the order of receiving date.
I saw some case approved like 3/15/2007, 4/27, 5/10, even 7/1/2011. Curious
what's their receiving date?
