Canada therefore has canadian passport.I recently received my green card and
subsequently filed 485 for her in Nov and we have the receipt for it. She
was my H4 which is no longer in effect. We have not filed AP for her yet. We
are planning a trip to china in 2 months. My questions are, Can she come
back to USA as a canadian citizen, if so, Will that abolish her existing 485
application? Do we have time to file for a travel document/AP?

发帖数: 2769 | 5 Her parent is no longer in H status, so she cannot enter with H4 status she
used to have. After filing I-485, she's no longer qualified for a visa-free
entry on B2 status.
