p****l 发帖数: 489 | 1 Sorry cannot type Chinese on office computer.
I am initiating the PERM process with my company, and when I checked the
employer sponsorship history for GC, it seems that half of the LC got
certified-expired status. I was confused why the company did not file i-140
in time for those ppl...
Thanks for any replies in advance. |

S*******r 发帖数: 11017 | 4 One explanation I heard is those are simply PERM cases over 180 days and
they might very likely have applied for I-140 already. |

【在 S*******r 的大作中提到】 : One explanation I heard is those are simply PERM cases over 180 days and : they might very likely have applied for I-140 already.

file anything except for bankruptcy in 2009 if I were them. |

所以绝大部分应该是和approved一样。 |

My PERM is currently so-called "certified-expired" status. After it was
approved, my 140 (pp) was filed a month later and approved in one day. |
b******1 发帖数: 1116 | 10 很正常啊。 劳工部又不管你有没有交140。你交了他们也没有记录,PERM180天后自动
过期。从Perm的Status不能推测140是不是交了。因为140归移民局管,不归劳工部 |
