发帖数: 201 | 1 My wife received her H4 approval today, but the start date (6/2012) is not
until the last date of current I-20. Because her official program was over
last year, she did not enroll any classes this semester.
We are so close to submit our I-485. Will her SEVIS record be canceled if
she is not enrolled this semester? Then this 3 month plus gap will be an
issue when submitting I 485?
Can we call the USCIS to issue us new H4 approval with a new start date?
Any help/advise would be greatly appreciated. | h**********g

交485的话，以现在来看，估计要回趟国。其实可以先回趟国，然后签H4出来，这样要
简单的多，还能避免现在的gap |
