News from one of the reputated lawyer... I can trust this Gentlemen becos so
far he is perfect ..... please dont ask me his name/org etc.
USCIS will try to clear all the 2007 cases by May/Jun 2012. After that
approx. 10K spillover will be there by Sep/Oct 2012.

case, all cases filed in 07 will be processed. But not for those of us filed
in 2011 with 07 PD.
Not sure what 'deposited' meant in the original posting.

体人数就是2.5 万。这和过去几年的总人数很接近。。。如果真是这样，批道6月2008
年就有可能了。 但坏的结果是批到3，4 月2008年更现实。。 还是前进11，12 个月。
。。
是否谣言自己判断。

倒退VB，也未必能让IO把这些案子都翻出来批了。
