Got an email response after contacting USCIS via INFOPASS two weeks ago.
Here is what they said:
"We are actively processing this case. However, we have to perform
additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time."
我当心email是套话，我的case被搁置在那，无人处理. Any similar experiences?
What is the additional review? 大家有什么建议可以把加快把case变成pre-
adjudicated.谢了!

I'm in the same boat. But not inquired with Infopath yet. Is it different
from the phone call to USCIS?

I guess the outcome is the same. INFOPASS needs to go to the local office
and talk to a real person.
