Thank you for writing with your concerns regarding the EB-1C visa. I
appreciate hearing from you.
While this matter has not come up in Congress and is unlikely to be debated
before the close of the 112th session, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration
Services (USCIS) has reviewed the adjudication of EB-1 petitions in the wake
of the case of Poghos Kazarian v. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
. This case addressed USCIS' application of the regulations governing
extraordinarily ability petitions. Recently, the USCIS Ombudsman released a
preliminary draft of their review of the EB-1 adjudication process. This

I have consistently advocated for an improved visa system, and will continue
to do so as Congress moves forward on immigration reform.

发帖数: 177 | 3 参议员回信说的那个case是EB1-A/B的杰出人才审查标准问题，和我们的请愿EB1-C滥用
跨国经理人占EB1配额完全没有关系。再看奥本给国会的2012年度报告更来气，50页的
报告EB只有5页，还有大半页彩图，就提了提EB5，其它什么问题也没有。这个参议员还
算对于移民问题比较knowlegable的，想想国会都年年被这么忽悠，移民改革哪年能改
到你这儿。看来咱以后得多请请愿，自己的利益不争取没人会为你争取。

移民比较上心，也许和他自己拥有有工程学位有关吧。
