如果最近公司换名字，其他信息不变(地址，employment id, tax id, etc)，原来用旧
公司申请的h1b需要补什么文件吗？用这个h1b回国拿签证有什么需要注意吗？
估计明年公司开始办eb2 perm，这个又不知道等到猴年马月了，这个和h1b的title 关
系大吗？ 比如h1b的title和perm的title不一样，影响大吗？ 例如 h1b上的是
computer system engineer 这个算是software engineer吗？

律师也没提这事的影响。就这么给我交了。八成要被audit，郁闷到死。 |

Less than 1 mile can be easily argued as the work locations are in the same
MSA. Companies move all the time, they don't necessarily need to redo the
immigration case because of the move.

immigration case. Each FEIN is a separate employer in the context of
immigration.
It sounds like your company doesn't have its own immigration counsel other
wise you wouldn't need to worry about such details. Why don't you raise this
to the attorney who filed your H1B case for advice?

谢谢，公司阿三和比我早一天pd，PERM已经批了。下边就是拼人品的时候了，希望不被
Audit.
