标 题: Please help! H1-B transfer, Question about I-129 Form

I am changing job(still working for current employer), the lawyer filled out
the I-129 form for me but there is something I'm not sure he is doing it
right...
On the I-129 Form Part 2.- Basis for Classification -- Should that be --
a. New employment or
e. Change of employer?
I think it should be e. Change of Employer, but the lawyer insists it should
be a.New Employment, even if it's just H1B transfer. Is that right?
And on Requested Action section, should that be
c. Extend the stay of each beneficiary since he now hold this status, or
d. Amend the stay of each beneficiary since he now hold this status
I think it should be d. but lawyer insist it to be c.
Any information/comments appreciated!

employer；requested action应该是Extend the stay ...

不过既然你有聘请律师就应该以律师的意见为准。

the questions to the lawyer.
The LCA also indicates 'new employment'.
I am not sure if it is alright to use 'new employment' for h1b transfer, or
it's lawyer making a mistake... he insisted on 'new employment'. >.<

handle this situation is to point out the policy/paper work.
