manager(已经脱离了research domain). 他的rfe要求他证明还在同一个领域工作。 大
家有何良策？
（1）Ask prior boss to write a strong LOR to say that he has been very
productive during the last 4 years.
(2) Collect all publications he has got since I140 approval.
(3) Employment letter from his new employer(Personally, I do not think it is
good idea and might destroy him since it is totally different from the
field he claimed during I140 application.

那人原来是搞大气模型的，后来转到投资公司搞数据模型了。AAO认为是换了一个领域
，485悲剧。
USCIS要的就是人现在的工作情况，不是过去的。
