一周前才说今年一定会通过「全面移民改革法桉」的国会众院议长贝纳(John Boehner)
18日突然改口，称如果没有得到众院大多数共和党众议员的支持，他不会将众院移民桉
提上院会审议。以目前众院共和党反对无证移民合法化声浪强大，如果没有进一步的协
商，贝纳此言几乎宣布今年的移民改革法桉，将再次严重受挫。
贝纳18日在与共和党众议员举行的党团闭门会中，对同僚作出承诺。他说，没有党团的
支持不会将此桉列入议程，他不会让共和党在移民桉上出现分裂。 | s********c

only due to CIR.
CIR is not the most important issue for most of voters, and for Republican
representatives (not that many) whose constituents really care CIR, they may
support CIR already. It's unlikely they will lose to Democrat only due to
