在申请pw的时候律师给写个一个Jd 很短几句话。我想问下这和打广告时候的广告啥区
别啊？
另外看到现在很多eb3的都在打广告，大家又说eb3很容易有很多美国人来应聘，我想问
问大家有啥攻略不？如果考古能考到，也请跟我说下。谢谢了 | w***3

根据我google,PW的JD似乎也很重要，跟报纸广告应该相对应。

boss has no experience in GC application and does not know what to do.
I am able to discuss with the lawyer freely but not sure how to go further
for the advertisement.

the top immigration lawyer in Baltimore and DC area. Also the chair of
immigration association.
I do not know where to find a good lawyer:( I am still waiting for the
prevailing wage approval and we have not started the ad yet.I am the
business major(MBA) and I have no idea about which advertisement is good.
Fuwu dada, Could you please advice more specific what is the problem with
this job description or advertisement?
On the other hand, for the job order, Can we use the physical address? | j*******2

你确定这个写在form 9141上吗？ 就是online filing form for PWD (prevailing
wage determination).

lawyer has put it on the form 9141 or not. She proposed that and said I will
file the prevailing wage today.
Is that a bad ads?
BTW, what is the difference between the ads and something we put on the PWD?
