有消息。说是一切正常，没有收到DOL的问题！
还给了附件的图片为证据，大家知道这个图片的数据源在哪么？等的好心急呀！ |

大家看看还能做什么?班上那位有过这种经历，明明已经处理到11月10月份的case还没
有消息？谢谢！
Your PW should be determined anytime. As previously noted, it is not
unusual for DOL especially during early in the year to be little behind with
the end of the year holiday schedules. That said, we have requested case
follow up on your behalf with them on 1/16/2015 which we have not received a
response for. But as I told you, we would most likely receive the actual
PWD then a response to the inquiry or at least the inquiry would act as a
reminder for them to move the case. We have scheduled another follow up
request for you on 1/30/2015 (2 weeks from prior inquiry) if no decision is
received by then.
As XXX （lawyer's assistant） is checking on this on daily basis, we will
let you as soon as this is received. Please note that everything that can
be done from our end is being done to try to move DOL on your case as fast
as possible.
Please let me know if you have further questions.

要不耐心在等一周吧。
另外，实在不行，你问问能不能把你加成“associate account" on icert.doleta.gov
,你们公司或者律师就在这个网站申请PERM, 如果加你成“asscociate account"似乎你
可以看见你的CASE是否approve,但是每几分钟查一次，很折磨人，也没什么必要，律师
未必同意加你.

如果你律师对批下来自信的话，同时启动广告流程，那就最完美了

"如果你律师对批下来自信的话，同时启动广告流程，那就最完美了" 这样做有什么法
律风险么？还是说这个是公司的决策？

发帖数: 3694 | 9 看律师，有的律师担心PW批不下来，广告白打了，在PW下来前不愿意搞得那么激进。
我的情况是律师从数据库查到的参考 PW 是我实际工资的 60%， 他觉得完全没问题，
就同时准备打广告，所以我从开始准备到拿到 PERM Certificate 大概历时10个月，
我想这个应该是去年差不多最快的案子了吧 -:)
