发帖数: 6167 | 5 首先，这说的是92%的PhD毕业生，可是开始了PHD的人有多少中间转硕士了、肄业了、
找到工作不要学位的都有。进来的PhD能毕业的比例就已经下降不少。
再者H1B有cap和non-cap之分，cap值钱，non-cap不值钱，数量巨大。
所以这个所谓的92%就是个屁，一共也没几个人。中国科技移民的崛起，靠的不是PhD们
，而是数量巨大的小留小硕。 |
