税还没报，这个是必须的吗，我可以提供2011.2012.2013的财年税表，和2012,2013,
2014年的W2，这样够了吗？
2）1070美金的申请费可以是personal check吗？还是cashier check最好？

If your lawyer asks, just give them. if you have not filed your 2014 tax
return, just give the ones of previous 3 years.
2)personal check. ask the lawyer if your employer pay for it, so you may
save this $1070. |

发帖数: 268 | 6 I didn't even submit my tax return forms only the w2. I agree it should be
fine to just submit the previous three years' forms. I used personal check
for no problem. You do need to make sure that you have enough fund on your
checking account because you don't know when USCIS cash your check.
