今天刚看到Catch22 的信息。就赶快打了电话。
绿卡是拿不到了。。。。Sad。 但把我得到的信息与大家分享。
我的RFE是很早的。 Jun15 received。议员联系人Judy。
她说， 开始时是 assign 给一个officer了。 然后，这个office认为我的case是EB3，
not current， 就有filed back to file room， stored there。等他们再去问时，
说我的cases 是EB2时， 就已经after July 31。 所以， 我的cases 没有被
allocated Visa numbers。
总结：我有些shy 了。follow up 有点迟疑，总怕追太紧了，别人反感。议员，也不够
负责吧。

下面是详细的回复。
June22 :
I contacted the Texas Service Center and was informed that your RFE response
has been matched up to the file and it is already in transit to the
adjudicating officer.
If you do not hear from TSC by mid July 2015, please let me know and I will
follow-up on your behalf.
July 17：
Following up with the Texas Service Center your cases are still under review
with an adjudicating officer.
I will follow-up in two week to see for a status of your cases.
July 30：
Thank you for your follow-up, I called the Texas Service Center and found
that somehow your RFE responses were matched with their particular files,
but all three files were stored away instead of being forwarded to the
adjudicating officer. I have requested that our contact retrieve those files
and get them assigned to an adjudicating officer.
I will follow up on Monday for a status.
Aug 5：
I tried following up with the Texas Service Center on Monday, but found out
that they are in training for all this week. I will try Friday to see if
they are back and will keep you posted.
Aug11：
Following-up with the Texas Service Center concerning your and your family’
s pending EB2 Adjustment of Status Applications, Congressman xxxx has
received an interim response. Please refer to the e-mailed response below.
“Thank you for inquiry on behalf of your constituent, Mr XXXXX, regarding
their pending Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or
Adjust Status, as an employment-based second preference (EB-2) visa
applicant SRCXXXX
Effective Friday, July 31, 2015 it has been necessary to stop authorizations
in response to requests for China Employment Second preference cases for
the remainder of FY-2015. 。。。。。” |

但是大多数人都不信，都觉得自己relink已成功，不可能是类别错。 |

发帖数: 51 | 6 至少你们的议员都这么给力。我联系的三个议员基本都是照章行事：发个inquiry，然
后等uscis回复。只有一个议员办公室的妹子帮我催到了RFE，可惜的是没多久她就离职
了，导致我回了RFE后只能静静地等待。 |

或者批的IO也不知道怎么案子就被file room递了过来，也没细看就发了RFE，然后收到
RFE了再一看"不对啊，这不是EB3么"，就有送回file room去了。
