Eb2的485，一定要通过律师吗？我的理解是自己和律师都可以弄，但是律师说“As the
I-140 is the employer's petition, you cannot submit an AOS interlink with
USCIS; our office would have to submit this request with USCIS. ”是为了赚律
师费吓唬人吧？
