这玩意一次只能用一年，还要放弃合法非移民身份。再加上这个ead不能auto renew，
只要你的renew没及时批就马上黑掉。

发帖数: 694 | 5 不能。DHS的口径是，移民法要求485转身份时，必须持有非移民签证身份。而移民身份
是法律界定的，只能国会来改。他们这个EAD只是一个灰色身份，不算非法滞留，但也
不是合法的“nonimmigrant status”。
这个灰色身份可以境内申请H1，但是要重新签证入境才能激活H1身份。

在这个世界上，除了奥本，谁能保证一年之内你的排期能够当前？
