申请？自己弄？ 那我该怎么回答？另外关于相似的工作，难道律师也不assessment 吗？

could assist with reviewing company s Supplement J. In other words, once
you is issued an RFE for Supplement J, he may contact our office. (The U.S.

As long as your new employer is ready to provide J form (similar job), you
should be good to go. | K******C

In that case you can find one by yourself. I don't think it is that risky.
If i were you, I will try to get the J-form filled by this HR now.
Then you may find an attorney to review the J-form, if you are losing sleep
because of it

BTW Do you know where to get SOC code without I-140 application form from my
employer. What I have are the perm info and i-140 approval notice.
Is the soc code the same as in perm application?

Yes, I-140 is based on the PERM.
BTW, if you want to get all your GC info, you can request info from uscis. (
foia request) I did it before, you will receive a CD including all your info.
