因为工作上有一个很紧急的任务需要出差，所以没有其它办法。我看了一下I-131的
form instruction，上面的确提到
“If you depart from the United States before the Advance Parole Document is
issued, your application for an
Advance Parole Document will be considered abandoned.”
不知道最近有兄弟姐妹因为类似的原因AP extension被拒的吗？

Advance Parole (AP), denials for individuals who travel internationally
while their AP is pending. Individuals who hold H or L status and who have
an urgent need to travel may do so using a valid nonimmigrant visa stamp. In
the event the AP is denied due to such travel, we will re-file the Form I-
131 with USCIS. This will not affect any underlying AOS application.
但是你的AP过期了，如果你回国，AP存在被deny的风险，所以要么就是用H签证，要么
等485被批了才能回来了吧？

departs the U.S., except in the following two situations:
The applicant uses advance parole to travel abroad.
Advance parole can be granted for any personal or business reason.
The applicant does not use advance parole to travel abroad, but three
conditions are met.
An H or L holder who travels outside the U.S. during AOS proceedings without
seeking advance parole is not deemed to have abandoned the I-485
application if each of the three following conditions is met:
1）The alien possessed valid H or L status before traveling abroad;
2）The alien returned to the U.S. with a valid H-1 or L-1 visa; and
3）The alien resumes employment with the same employer for whom H or L
status was issued prior to departure from the U.S.
我的律师说我因为用过AP，所以不再满足条件1） possee valid h status |

哪怕你用过ap，只要你这会再去签一次H签证，就又从aos身份转变为H签证了，怎么会
没有valid H visa？
律师没搞清楚AOS和H visa的区别。
板上搜索copman的一个帖子，他当时做个仔细的分析。

再说一次。
AP没批就离境，最多就是AP这个申请被deny。回来再重新file 131就好了。没毛病。
只要你的pending 485已经拿到了cis给你的receipt notice，就好了，不会因为ap没批
离境就被denied。原因我在另一个回帖里面说了。那是短时混乱。
现在据说ap没批离境也不会导致ap被拒了。纠正回来了。
如果只是短时travel，等不到ap批准再寄给你，那么就签H签证回来，现在据说要等一
段时间，14pd群里人好几个反映卡在国内，虽然批准了visa，但是迟迟拿不到护照回来
，所以只能改签机票。但是这个只是一个时间问题。
