浆机了。刚好在商店看到有卖250V receptacle。是不是把家里的125V receptacle换成
这个就可以用了？功率上应该可以满足需要吧？
另外，商店里250V 的都是single receptacle，但是家里几乎都是duplex receptacle
，不知道能不能换，是不是还要自己走线？如果太麻烦或者造价太高就算了。请这里的

发帖数: 472 | 2 Guess you want to use the 110V power to supply a 220V 豆浆机.
The receptacle won't help. It's not the receptacle, but rather the 豆浆机
itself needs a 220V input so that it can get to the rated power (功率)。
Just replacing the receptacle won't change the power supply from the outlet
(墙上插座) .

kitchen or laundry room). Other places with existing 125V duplex
receptacles may not be able to get the 250V power though. Someone was saying
cooking soy milk in garage... |

发帖数: 472 | 4 in U.S., single phase-to-ground voltage is 110V/60Hz. You may find 220V
somewhere in your house. Typically it will be a 3-prone outlet, where the
two "live" lines are two single phases, out of phase. Such as phase A & (
minus phase A). So when they add together, you get 220V.
But I wouldn't recommend you to use it for the soy cooker if it has only two
prone. That way, you will connect one "live" lines to the "supposed"
ground line. It is dangerous to bother personnel and equipment.
