I have a new purchased PC with windows 7 installed.
Today I found my computer is keeping send UDP packet to some strange IP
address. Destination port is 11038, 9072, unizensus or global-wlink.
I use wireshark to trace the packet, found those IPs are all outside US.
For example:
83.38.56.36
93.45.127.160
85.127.119.137
61.155.106.168
87.2.185.194
91.90.15.52
any idea? How to find out which process is sending out these UDP packet?
Is it possible to get more info about those IP?
