English" on google to see whether Americans use the way I am using.
For example, if you want to write down "to improve my English", yet not sure
if the word "improve" is the right one, you can type in "to improve my
English" in google, and find:

另外最好不用had better，一种教训人的用法。

说到这里，我想起一点体会。 这里我补充一下双重否定在美语的用法
发觉没有，美国人很喜欢用双重否定语式， 尤其是律师和政治家， 呵呵，说到这里，
大尾巴狼应该比我更有体会
比如说：老美经常说：I am not disagree with you.
这种双重否定， 听上去很受用， 也能reserve 说者的一些想法。
比如上例， 我不是不同意你。 那究竟同意吗？ 也不一定就同意你， 我只是不是不同意
你。
这种用法， 政治家，尤其是克林顿总统用的可为登峰造极。
我举一个对我讲话影响很大的例子：
有一年的国情咨文里， 克林顿说： America should not disentangled with the
conflict in mideast.(原文好像不是很一致，但是，意思就是这么意思了)
翻译一下呢：就是， 呵呵，好像只可意会，不可言传。 反正大家体会吧，反正， 克林
顿表达了不能坐视不管中东，也没说是一定要entangled with the conflict.
说实话，作为律师出身的克林顿讲话非常有水平，很讲艺术。 这也就是为什么， 任何正
