It gave dozens of ways to describe your sickness,
something like "rat", "aweful", "wacky", "sore throat", etc.
And it actually includes more than describing sickness.
It's a great summary of daily-used English.

I don't know how NS describes such headache in speaking English, "migraine" or
just "side headache".

但是有些人好象有点一般的头痛也在这么说。
