如果inflow 和outflow都知道的情况下,怎么用linear programming求一个比如15分钟
的unit hydrograph?
谁能说说大概idea??怎么用excell实现? | d****n

then Sigma(outflow*time interval)/area to get rainfall in inches.
outflow needs to be divided by this inches number to get unit hydrograph.
If your rainfall is not 15 minute,you need do some conversion. |
