Companies, ours included, recruit all the time.. not just after students
graduate. But I have to admit that this year is an extremely difficult one
given the economic downturn that we are seeing.. especially in our state of
XXX. Because of this, we are constantly assessing and re-assessing our
workload in order to determine whether or not we can hire in new grads this
year.
