再问一下，是不是大多数的funding都要等到9月份才知道？

through the Council review before being awarded.

发帖数: 270 | 5 Based on the NIH Challenge grant solicitation, its NIH council review date
is scheduled in August of 2009. So, the decisions should be out by September
1st, I assume.
