bought a house in the city I live at. Acutally it took me a lot of time to
take care of his house and daughter. Two of my friends asked me the same
things this year. Both of my wife and I work full time. We don't have time
to take care of another two kids and two houses. They are very sucessful
businessmen in CHINA and trust on me. I don't like to loss the friendship
with them. How to refuse the request? |

发帖数: 278 | 11 If I were you, I would hire an agent for them to take care of all the three
houses including renting them out. It costs about $100 per month each house.
Of cause, the maintance expenses are extra. This is the case that their
daughters don't stay in the houses.
If they insist staying in their own houses, it's not a good idea to hire an
agent for safety reason.
In either case, I would not accept any pay from my friends and I will help
them. |
