认识多久。然后评价一下工作。然后稍微展开介绍一下干了啥，中间穿插各种评价。之

发帖数: 94 | 4 I accidentally found my application package on our department server. My
postdoc mentor wrote me a three-page LOR, and I think it was the best "
review" she ever wrote.In the first paragraph she says how good I am and she
highly recommends me etc, then concluded by saying how important my current
and future work will be. The second to fourth paragraph talk about my
research in her lab and the related publications (written in a very simple
and understandable way). The fifth one discusses about my future research
plan and how my past work laid a solid foundation for the plan. The sixth
paragraph mentions my funding application experience and explains why I did
not get the fund. The seventh paragraph is about my teaching experience and
the course I took for preparing teaching career. Finally concluded with "
highly recommendation"...bla bla.
I will say she definitely spent lots of time on the letter. It is written in
a very professional, yet easily understandable way. I really appreciate her
efforts. She definitely is the best mentor i ever know.
