pensions with different parameters. if so, just refer to discussions
on 401k and pensions on the internet (tons and tons of).
i gather, in the US, it's basically either 401k or pension.

发帖数: 408 | 3 self-management is defined-contribution plan,where you take all the benefit/
risk.
The other two are defined-benefit plan, where the school takes all the
benefit/risk.
看你是不是自己喜欢管理自己的退休金。据我听说大多数人喜欢第一种，比较透明，但
所有风险自己承担。
