How big is the difference between 1st author and 2nd author, but who equally
contributes to the paper as the 1st author?
I really do not want to fight with 1st author for better authorship, but
also need authorship for career purpose.

the co-authors.

我之前一片大paper在我离开实验室后被拒。一个师弟接手这个项目，从头开始梳理并
且补充了很多实验（最终超过一半的图来自他的独立实验），投回去，接收了。师弟后
来老板给安排了个共同第一作者（排第三,第二是资深合作者，尽管没什么贡献）。
但没有师弟的贡献的话，这个paper只能往更低的地方投。

一下，但博后应该就比较惨了。。 |

有重要贡献，在作者中还只排到第三，让外人怎么判断啊？是不是只能认为排第二
的那人有比你师弟更重要的贡献啊？

只是陈述个事实，没别的意思。
我感激他的贡献，有机会我会多帮帮他。老板是不是感激，是不是在推荐信里面说好话
我控制不了。
我只是说我们其他人作为faculty了不要一看作者排名就把第二位甚至第三位co-first
当成是shit。当然这也是我的个人意愿，左右不了其他人。
