吃一次，也没什么害处。

300－400mg的就足够了。 |

对于你感兴趣的naproxen, FDA 有box warning 的，看好了再用，而且是pregnancy
category C, 准备怀孕或者已经怀孕就不能用了。临床里用acetaminophen 和
ibuprophen 比较多，因为相对要安全些。MM觉得我的信息有用就给我形象打打分吧，

发帖数: 2107 | 20 痛经这个毛病我以前特别严重，痛得要死过去的那种。每次来之前都要做好多准备工作
，药片，热水，热水袋....
后来戒掉冷饮，好久没吃ice cream啦5555... 然后锻炼身体，每天至少1个小时的运动
。现在已经好多了。
这个方法最有用，别的什么中药，什么红糖茶都没用。 |

Ibuprofen is also an NSAID, and it is also category C. Also, category C meds
are NOT contraindicated in pregnancy. The definition for category C
medications are as follows:
Either studies in animals have revealed adverse effects on the fetus (
teratogenic or embryocidal or other) and there are no controlled studies in
women, or studies in women and animals are not available. Drugs should be
given only if the potential benefit justifies the pot

Naproxon，效果非常的好，吃了好几年，没见什么副作用，应为每个月也就一颗，mm可
以到药店买点allieve |
