2）我知道如果是开小飞机的话，如果小飞机上面装备了无线电设备，你并不需要业余
无线电执照来操作这些无线电设备。
那海事的规定是怎样的？如果小船上面弄一台VHF RADIO的话，你是否一定要有业余无
线电执照才能操作？
如果单单是接收的应该是不需要的。
