Food: It is recommended that you choose 2 high satiety starchy food
choices, 5-6 oz very lean or lean meat and <= 20 g fat at dinner
time the night before your event or a training lasting more than
90 minutes. Refer to dinner meal ideas below. Then, the morning of
the training day/event, consume 1-4 g/kg body weight of carbohydrates
