Yeah, for jogging, time is more important than 功率 or efficiency, as I think.
I suggest you start on treadmill, on which you can observe your speed and
other data. Then you will have some basic idea about your current condition.
About speed, when I restarted jogging, I set it 5mile per hour at first. It is
pretty slow, but why not? We jog to enjoy ourselves, not for competition.
