the have seized to work. besides my coach for Olympic weight lifting is
going to Beijing for a month to be one of the media coordinators.
So time for a change, previously my routine has been geared toward power
and lots of compound movements, this new one will focus more on my upper
body development and overall size using a lot more isolation.
