我觉得自然的姿势应该是手心向内向下, 但这样握拳的轴的方向跟杠铃就不align 了,
除了去用chest press machine,
如果还是喜欢真正的weights, 可不可以用那种小一些的wave 形状的杠铃杆儿呢?
