almost everyday except a few days sunshine: go out to climb mountains.
1. it is a lot easier to talk with gym buddies than in gyms of USA
2. trainers are very helpful, you don't need to ask, they will help
you voluntarily.
3. It is a lot easier to find a training partner to push each other
and make the routine as regular as possible
4. you can play pingpong to warm up or cool down, or other traditional
Chinese exercise like Wushu or even snook to warm up and cool down
5. tried a few times hot Yoga, which i never tried in USA before, not
bad, 6-7 are men out of about 20 students. | c****1 发帖数: 5654 | 2 i never worked out my arms alone in one single day before, i usually
do triceps with chest, and biceps with back.
But follow the routine of my training partner, i did 3-4 times arm
alone day, felt not bad at all, one PT even measured my arms after
the workout: forearm: 30cm, triceps/biceps: 40cm for my right arm,
left is about 1-1.5cm smaller.
Wonder if i could improve 2cm this year. | S****e 发帖数: 10596 | 3 赞
