的负担。

K******e 发帖数: 367 | 8 Knee injuries are not always caused by weakness of muscles in your legs.
Sometimes it is caused by problems in the back and the hip and sometimes it
is caused by problems in your ankles. If the problem is with ankles, deep
squats will not help strengthen your ankles much. You need to a lot of
exercises to improve your balance.
I don't have very good coordination since I was a kid, but I have very
strong leg muscles--long distance running since I was 9 and ballet and hike
and others. But I am still plagued with knee problems, because I was never
good with those games we used to play when we were little girls. Now I have
to relearn a lot of movements, strengthen a lot of muscles not that
important to the endurance sports I like but very important to stabilize my
ankles and help my knees.
In most cases, knee problems are never really knee problems. I torn my ACL
ligament shortly after my rehab for a sprained knee--turned out, my old PT
was not really good, I never relearned to depend on my ankles before my knee
decided it could not take any more of the load and buckled up.. |
