Deadmill Sprints HIIT:
- Set incline to 3 or 4, or whatever level that suits you
- Warm up: walking on the treadmill for 5 minutes
- STOP the treadmill
- Run all out for 20 seconds and rest 40 seconds. This is one rep.
- Do 10 reps.
- Cool down
