哦?木质的砧板如果存放处有积水,还容易发黑(那个应该是霉吧?)。。。是不是大
家都用塑料的呢?还是因为我的木质砧板已经用久了,应该换一块了? |

Mine was made of cherry wood, never felt any significant wore like yours,
and it had been used for about 6 years.
but the mold is really bother me since I live in a humid area.
I was seriously considering switch to a plastic cutting board for meat
cutting only.
no only because it should free of mold, but also dishwasher safe.
should be more sanity than wooden cutting board to process meat.

对了,您经常使用很锋利的刀切肉吗?比如寿司刀?我其他刀都没有问题,就是使用寿
司刀的时候会在板上留下印痕。。。

t*****x 发帖数: 2602 | 6 I don't have a sushi knife, but I do consider my knife sharp.
I'm quite picky with knives, and sharpen them at lease once a week.
it will leave a mark on the cutting board, but I haven't see any wood chip
fall off during those years.
