confirm:
1. CPT application is depends on school, different school has their own
requirment of approval, for example some school require u r in certain stage of
ur education. this used to be quite easy, u school can approve u on the spot,
u can start work immediatly, but one thing remember for full time its 12 months
part time 24 months limited, but some school won't even allow u to use it for
